Sligo Creek Hike

There is a parking lot 1/4 of a mile south of the starting point at University Blvd W & Sligo Creek Pkwy, Silver Spring.

To make the hike work best, this should be done as a patrol, with the patrol divided into two-person teams. Each team should depart at five-minute intervals. The supervising adults and older scouts should set up check points at each of the points above to help the participants along the way.

Finally, someone should be at the church to check the teams in and provide a snack.
